At Engagement Ring Australia we offer all of our customers, within Australia, free fully insured shipping. We are happy to also send our jewellery overseas, however a small fee might be incurred; please contact one of our consultants for more information.

To ensure your package arrives safely, you must sign for the package prior to it being released. If you know that you will not be around when the package arrives and have organised an alternative person to collect the package for you, please provide us with their name so that we can address the package to them, to ensure any delivery problems are minimised.
We are more than happy to ship your item to your work address if this will be more convenient for you or a friend or relative is the item is the surprise. Just call us to let us know.
